RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind, so please check the size chart before you check out. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email hello@thejesusglow.co within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

Two things worth keeping in mind.

• Keep the damaged and incorrect carve out in there. A blanket "no exceptions" line invites chargebacks, and card processors generally side with the customer when an item shows up defective. You want the policy to say you already have a remedy.

• Sizing complaints won't stop just because the policy changed. That last round of tickets was fit related, so a clear sizing note on the product page plus a "runs small, size up" line near the add to cart button will do more for you than the policy will.
